60 Seats are to be filled up by the Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur on the merit basis of NEET UG of Pre

Ayurved Examination. For the remaining 09 NRI seats, the candidates may fill up the prescribed application from made

available with this prospectus in his own hand writing and submit the same to Principal/Director Shekhawati Ayurved Medical

College & Hospital, Pilani, Jhunjhnu-333031. The following documents must be submitted along with application from:-

 

1. Attested copies of the certificate and detailed mark sheets.

2. 10 recent passport sizes colored photographs of the candidate.

3. Attested of the secondary certificate for the proof of date of birth.

4. Character Certificate from the head of the institution last attended.

5. Certificate of bona-fide residence duly issued by the competent authority.

6. Scholarship or merit certificate , if any

7. SC/ST/SBC/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority.

8. Medical fitness certificate

9. NEET Certificate

10. Final Certificate of COVID Vaccination.
